How GoExch9 sign-up works

Your ID is created by a person on our team, not by a website form.

Most new users expect a sign-up page with boxes for name, email and password. GoExch9 doesn't work like that. Every GoExch9 ID is created by our team inside a WhatsApp chat, and the login details reach you in that same chat. We do it this way so that a real person checks you're 18+, answers your questions before you put money in, and stays reachable on the same thread if a deposit or withdrawal ever needs looking at. It also means there is exactly one safe place to register: the WhatsApp button on goexch9.org. If someone sends you a link to a GoExch9 “registration form”, or a stranger offers to make an ID for you, that isn't us.

Receive your GoExch9 ID in the chat

Log in and change the password

Open the login link, sign in with the details from the chat and set a new password that only you know. Then check your balance shows ₹0 and you are ready for your first deposit.

We don't promise a fixed time for any of this. Most of the wait is simply our team replying in the chat, and it's usually quickest outside big match starts, when lots of people message at once. What to have ready before you message us

Four things. Nothing else is needed to get an ID.

  • A WhatsApp number you'll keep. Your ID, deposit details and support history all live in this chat. Changing numbers later means we have to re-confirm who you are.
  • Be ready to confirm you're 18 or over when our team asks. We won't create an ID for anyone under 18.
  • A UPI app or bank account in your own name (PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, any BHIM UPI app, or IMPS / bank transfer) if you plan to deposit. Payments from your own account are far easier to trace if a query comes up.
  • A decision on demo or real. Not sure yet? Start with the demo ID and switch when you're comfortable.

Never send these in any chat: your UPI PIN, bank OTP, card number or net-banking password. Genuine GoExch9 support never asks for your password or OTP, during sign-up or ever.

What happens right after you get your ID

The first ten minutes after the details land in your chat.

Our team sends three things: your username, a temporary password, and the login link. Here's what we suggest you do, in this order:

  1. Log in once from the link in the chat. Type the username exactly as sent. Usernames are often case-sensitive, so Rahul07 and rahul07 are not the same.
  2. Change the temporary password immediately. Pick one you don't use for email or UPI. Full password advice is on the login page.
  3. Check the panel. You should see your balance at ₹0 (or demo points), the sports list with cricket at the top, the casino tab, and Deposit and Withdraw options in the menu.
  4. Save the WhatsApp chat. Star or pin it. That chat is how you'll reach us 24/7 for deposits, withdrawals and a forgotten password.
  5. Set your own limits before your first deposit. Decide a monthly amount you can afford to lose. Our responsible play tools explain how we can help you keep to it.

Your first deposit via UPI, step by step

Deposits are in INR. The payment details always come from inside your own panel.

Open Deposit in your panel

Log in and tap Deposit in the menu. Don't use payment details from a screenshot, a group or an old message.

Pick a method and amount

Choose UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, card, net banking or IMPS, then enter the amount. The minimum is ₹500, which is also a sensible first amount to test the route. Your first deposit gets a 100% new-user bonus (terms apply).

Pay to the details shown in your panel

Use the UPI ID, QR code or bank account displayed for that deposit. Pay the exact amount from an account in your own name.

Enter the UTR / reference number

After paying, copy the 12-digit UTR or transaction reference from your UPI app's payment history and paste it into the deposit form.

Submit and check your balance

Submit the request. Once it's matched, the amount shows in your balance. Keep the payment screenshot until it does.

Only pay to details shown in your panel. Never pay a UPI ID or account number sent by anyone outside the official channel, even if they use our name or logo. If a deposit hasn't shown up, send our WhatsApp team the UTR, amount, time and a screenshot, nothing more.

Sign-up mistakes we see most often

These are the problems that come up most in new-ID chats.

  • Registering through a stranger. “Agents” on Telegram or Instagram who promise an ID plus a bonus, then ask for an upfront payment. We never charge for an ID.
  • Using a copied site. Look-alike domains with one extra letter or a different ending. Start from goexch9.org and nowhere else.
  • Keeping the temporary password. If you never change it, anyone who sees the chat on your phone can log in.
  • Paying to old details. Payment details can change. Reusing a UPI ID from a previous deposit, instead of opening Deposit fresh, is the commonest reason money isn't credited.
  • Leaving out the UTR. A deposit request without the reference number has to be matched by hand, which takes longer.
  • Paying from someone else's account. A friend's or relative's UPI makes the payment hard to verify and can hold up your first withdrawal.
  • Opening a second ID after forgetting the password. Message the original chat instead; we'll reset it after checking it's you.
  • Depositing more than planned to chase an offer. Ask about current offers in the chat, read the terms, and stick to your budget.

What we can and can't promise

We can promise that an ID costs nothing, that it comes only from our WhatsApp chat, that support is open 24/7 on that chat, and that we'll never ask for your password or OTP. We can't promise reply times during peak moments like an IPL toss, we can't tell you whether betting is legal where you live, and we can't promise you'll win. Exchange and casino play carry real risk of loss. If it stops being fun, talk to us about limits or a break; the support team handles those requests the same way as any other.

How do I sign up for GoExch9?
You sign up through WhatsApp. Tap the register button on goexch9.org, message our team, confirm you are 18 or over, and we create your GoExch9 ID and send the username and a temporary password in the same chat. There is no long form to fill in. After you log in, change the password straight away so only you know it.
Is there a GoExch9 registration form on the website?
No. IDs are created by our team, not through an open sign-up form. If you land on a site that asks you to type your name, phone and a password into a GoExch9 “registration form”, treat it as a copy and close it. The only way we issue an ID is in a WhatsApp chat you start from goexch9.org.
Do I need to pay anything to register?
No. Creating a GoExch9 ID costs nothing, and a demo ID is free too. You only move money when you choose to make a deposit after logging in. Anyone who asks for a “registration fee”, “activation charge” or “ID unlock payment” before giving you login details is not our team.
Can I register with a number that is not on WhatsApp?
You need a WhatsApp account to message us, because that chat is where your ID, deposit details and support all happen. It does not have to be your calling SIM, but it should be a number you will keep. If you lose access to that WhatsApp, recovering the ID takes longer because we have to confirm it is you.
Can I get a demo ID before a real one?
Yes. Ask for a demo ID in your first message. It lets you open the exchange, see live cricket markets, try the casino lobby and practise placing a bet without real money. When you are ready, ask the same chat for a real ID. The demo balance cannot be withdrawn or moved to a real account.
What is the minimum first deposit after I register?
The minimum first deposit is ₹500, by UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, card or net banking. Start with an amount you are comfortable losing. A small first deposit also tests the whole route, from UPI payment to balance credit, before you put in more.
Can I open a second GoExch9 ID?
We issue one ID per person. If you have forgotten your details, do not register again; message the chat that issued your original ID and we will help you get back in. Duplicate IDs make deposits and withdrawals harder to trace and can delay any query you raise later.
Can I ask about a welcome offer when I register?
Yes. New users get a 100% bonus on their first deposit, so ₹500 deposited comes with a ₹500 bonus. The bonus has its own terms, including play-through conditions before it can be withdrawn, and our team explains them in the chat. Never deposit more than you planned just to qualify for something.
