How to log in to GoExch9 in five steps

Your GoExch9 ID is two things: a username and a password. Our team creates both and sends them to you in your WhatsApp chat with us. There’s no email sign-up or “create account” button. Have the chat open next to you, then follow these steps.

Type goexch9.org into your browser yourself, or tap the login link sent by our official WhatsApp number. Check the address bar before you type anything.
Enter the username our team sent
Copy the username exactly as it appears in your WhatsApp chat with us, with no extra spaces. Usernames are matched letter for letter.
Type your password
Enter the password from the same chat, or the new one you set after your first login. Passwords are case-sensitive.
Tap Login
Press the Login button. Once the username and password match, you are inside your GoExch9 account with the exchange, sports and casino sections in front of you.

From our support desk: the fastest way to avoid typing mistakes is to long-press the username in WhatsApp, copy it, and paste it into the Username box. Then delete any space the paste adds at the end. That one habit fixes most “wrong username” errors.
Your first login: what to do in the first two minutes
Three small actions that save you trouble later.
Do these three things before you open a single market.
- Change the password. The one in the chat got you in. Replace it right away, so anyone who sees your WhatsApp can’t use it.
- Delete or archive the message that holds the old password. Keep the username message; you’ll need it whenever you contact us.
- Save goexch9.org as a bookmark or home-screen shortcut. From then on you open GoExch9 from your own shortcut, not from search results or forwarded links.
After that, check that the account shows what you expect. A new real ID usually shows a zero balance until your first deposit is credited. Look around the panel before any money changes hands.
A demo ID is a separate username and password we create for people who want to see the panel first. You use it on the same screen: tap Login with demo ID, or enter the demo details in the normal Username and Password boxes. You can open the cricket exchange, see how Match Odds, Bookmaker and Fancy markets are laid out, and browse Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and Dragon Tiger tables.
Two things confuse new users:
- Demo and real IDs are different accounts. Money deposited by UPI goes to your real ID only. If you deposit while logged in on a demo ID, nothing will show there. Log out and log in with your real username.
- A demo ID is for exploring, not for keeping. If your demo login stops working, ask us for a fresh one or, when you’re ready, for your real GoExch9 ID.

“Wrong username or password”
Check for a trailing space from copy-paste, a capital letter typed small, or a zero typed instead of the letter O (and 1 instead of l). Phone keyboards also auto-capitalise the first letter, so fix that before pressing Login.
Old password still in use
If you changed the password after your first login, the one in our chat no longer works. If the browser autofills the old one, clear the box and type the new password by hand.
Logged in, but balance shows zero
First check which ID you’re on. Demo IDs never show real deposits. If you are on your real ID and a deposit is missing, send us the UTR or reference number, the amount, the time and a screenshot on WhatsApp.
Page stuck or slow during a live match
Odds refresh ball by ball, so a weak signal shows up fast during IPL or T20 games. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, close background video apps and reload once.
Correct details rejected on a site that “looks like” GoExch9
Your ID only works on the official GoExch9 panel. If you landed on a copy from a search ad or forwarded link, you’ve just handed your details to a stranger. Change your password from goexch9.org straight away.

There is no self-service reset link, and that’s deliberate.
Because our team created your ID, resets go through us too, so someone who guesses your username can’t reset the password themselves.
- Message our official WhatsApp from the number your ID is linked to. Use the button on goexch9.org so you reach the right number.
- Send your username only and say you’ve forgotten the password.
- We check that the request matches the account. If you’re writing from a different number, expect a few extra questions.
- We share a temporary password in the chat. Log in and change it immediately.

Red flags we hear about from users
- An address with extra words or characters, such as a hyphen, “login”, “official” or a different ending, that you didn’t type yourself.
- A login screen that asks for an OTP, your UPI PIN or bank details just to sign in. Our panel needs a username and password, nothing more.
- A WhatsApp or Telegram “agent” who messages you first, offers a special login link, or asks you to “verify” your password.
- A bonus or “fixed match” tip that only works if you log in through their link.
- A request to pay a “login fee” or “activation charge” before your ID works.

- Use your name, mobile number, date of birth or cricket-team names with 123 on the end.
- Share your password or OTP with anyone, including people who say they’re from GoExch9.
- Let the browser save your password on a laptop or phone that others use.
